1993 Honda CBR 900RR Restoration
Debut in 1992, the CBR 900RR was essentially an overbore 750. This enabled it to be 79 lbs lighter and faster than the Yamaha FZR 1000!
The 900RR in the foreground is only 4 lbs heavier wet than the 600 in the background. That makes it a ROCKET!
This bike had been sitting outside a trailer for over a year and the seat eaten through.
The tank had over a gallon of muddy water in it, and the carbs were junk. This was a bit of a nightmare to fix.
What the heck is this? Someone hose clamped the tank cap drain which caused the backup of water and mud in the tank.
